I'm the host of the meeting. Before, joiners are able to take notes using their AI taking notes participants. I always allow them to join and take notes. However, the pop-up window that enables them to join no longer shows, and the zoom chat states just says "Waiting for the Zoom host's permission to begin taking notes and recording". Thanks!

So I am on a zoom meeting now, and I am not looking at the screen that they share, instead I do something in the browser. Why does the zoom window every now and then pops up on my screen and is the only window seen? This didn't happen in the past and now out of a sudden it shows on my screen when not asked to. Is this a bug? If not, how to turn this off?

I set a Virtual Avatar and now I want to disable it.  It's annoying that it shows in every meeting I join or host.  I have to right-click on myself in the gallery and uncheck Avatar.  I just want my picture back.  How can I delete or disable it permanently?

Hi, I'm a music teacher and I'm always struggling with my students' config of their Original Sound For Musicians. They are mostly children who struggle with the configuration and it takes a lot of time to do it and we waste class time. Some of their zoom versions don't have the option to activate Original Sound For Musicians, specially when they are on the web version, or in android, cellphones or tablet. Please, allow to activate it (OSFM) with just a button in the main interface as the mute button all the time without going into the audio settings setup, it will be a lot easier and we don't need to waste time by setting it up.

Also, we as teachers (hosts) of the meeting should have a button to ask for activation (Original Sound For Musicians) as we do to ask them to start their video or open the mic (with the button request) Please, add this configurations! It is really bad not to hear our music students in class, this is a very bad thing from Zoom. We need to hear them properly all the time!!! Please, develop a better quality sound for this video meetings for the music education sector!!

Recently we've noticed that Zoom seems to be "listening" to our private meetings.

These are End-To-End encrypted, yet still Zoom is asking if I'm playing music and recognizes things such as hand gestures.

AI Companion Panel is off and locked for our organization. 

We are uncomfortable with this feature and do not want Zoom or its associated AI agents listening in and participating in our meetings or learning from them.

How can we turn this off? I can't find anything obvious in our Admin panel.

Hi Everyone - I can't figure out how I lost the ability to share my iPhone and mirror it to my Zoom desktop presentations. I'm on the same Zoom version on mobile and desktop. I'm on the same internet connection as well. When I tap the mirror icon on my phone, it just doesn't find the Zoom meeting any longer. (I have selected sharing on iPhone/iPad / Airplay).
Any help, I'd be grateful!

I have an android tablet Samung A9 plus. I am trying to use web browser function to share screen in zoom meetings. When ever I start a meeting or join a meeting there is no share screen button at the bottom at all. I have not got the zoom app because you cannot create break out rooms from an app. I have tried the Web app to share screen and the share screen button isn't there either. 

Is there a web browser that share screen will work in? 

Or is the problem my device? 

If it has to be share screen or breaking out rooms then I will have to take breakout rooms but ideally I would like both if it is possible?
