Update and uninstall failed

Update from 6.1.45028 to 6.2.0 failed. Uninstall also failed with error: ZoomInstallerFull.msi not found in the path pointing to C:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F....I did a search for ZoomInstallerFull.msi in Explorer and it was nowhere to be found...
