Hi all, I'm currently hosting a webinar with an audience who is trying to access translated closed captions in Spanish... after following the setup instructions found in Zoom Support, we found that the only option to select is English. Also, I noticed that I was only able to translate the support article itself into English and one other language with Asian characters. Do we know if there's an outage on language translators currently happening?

I updated my MacBook (macOS Sequoia v15.3.1) and can no longer log in to my account (error code 5003). I have uninstalled Zoom, restarted my MacBook, installed Zoom, and restarted again (multiple times). And I am still receiving the same error code. Apart from updating my MacBook, nothing else has changed. What should I do now?

I am no longer able to share my sound if I attempt to share a screen. The checkbox option to "share sound" is simply grayed out and unavailable. As is the option to "Optimize Video" as well. It is happening on three of my machines that are all on the same version Monterey OS 12.1Mac - 5.11.9 (10046)

Hello! I keep having an issue where I create an appointment in Outlook and use the Zoom plugin to provide a link to the appointment, but the time does not translate over to zoom properly. For example, I created an invite for 9/29 at 1PM EST but on Zoom, it shows up as 9/29 at 12AMEST. I have no idea why this keeps happening. It is confusing for my clients because they are seeing 2 different times on the Outlook calendar invite I sent them vs. what Zoom shows and it makes me look unorganized/unprofessional when I'm just trying to use the features. This seems to happen when sending an invite to clients in a different time zone, but sometimes it doesn't happen. Any guidance is helpful. Thank you! Ashley

Hi there, I would really appreciate any help. I am looking to upload (Zoom) videos from our organisation's meetings to YouTube. I have tried uploading to a (specially created) YouTube channel, but the file format (M4A) is not supported. I have tried converting the file to a YouTube friendly format: there are no issues with the audio, but I cannot receive any video. Thank you so much to anyone who can help. (We have a 'Workplace Pro' plan.)

Just wondering what troubleshooting options there are for Zoom Desktop clients whereby it's not automatically opening on Windows start. We have even applied as a Group Policy to enforce the start tick box, but we still have a random users where it doesn't and they have to manually run it (it's not running at all, not a silent start confusion) This has been the case through various version of Zoom VDI 5.x and also on 6.0.x - Windows Server 2016 / 2019 for Citrix desktop. Are there any caches that could potentially be cleared down that may be causing the issue / has anyone else experienced this and resolved, please?
