Moodle Zoom LTI 1.1 Permission Issue

I have an LTI 1.1 link setup in Moodle, and I am getting the following error message when I attempt to join a meeting:Invalid access token, does not contain permissions:[User:Read]. Error Code 200 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_487f1d7d13a1edfa Any ideas?
