My audio is working fine but the video is not. I get to see a pink screen when I turn on the video. In a meeting, I could not see the video of other participants (whose videos are turned on).

I also see the screen shared by other participants as pink.

I tried different (Bloomberg built) video conferencing platform, it worked fine, where I am able to see my video and also the participants.

can I get rid of the grey boxes left & right of any portait mode video, mine or the other participant´s?

I have zoom in portrait mode on Windows and the webcam is turned to be vertical.

I have several meetings scheduled in the future but I no longer see them in my list of meetings.  The screen requires you to change the date range on a calendar to see the full list, but when I try to do that, it doesn't let me change the range or at best, I can only see 1 month out.  I tried different browsers to no avail. I just upgraded to Windows 11 so I don't know if that is the problem.  I tried looking at the list via my Zoom phone app and  that shows the recurring meetings as 1 single meeting with no date so I can't even see when they are.  Help!

I'm a bit confused about the zoom apps. I have to take an admission test for my university, and they asked me to download Zoom. However, I only can find the app "Zoom Workplace", and not the app "zoom client for meetings". Is Zoom Workplace the new app that also includes Zoom client for meetings? If not so, where can I download the second one? Because in the download area I can only find ZOom Workplace.

I have folks I need to add to a meeting that already has registrants. Unlike my other recurring meetings with registration, the "Import from CSV" option is not next to the "View" option under the Registration tab. I have another meeting where it is available, so I'm clear on where it should be but have no idea why it is not there for this meeting. 

I am a teacher for a Zen meditation group that meets via Zoom. On Sundays during services, we do meditation for two 30-minute periods. It is during that time that traditionally, the teacher meets with students for one-on-one interviews in private. Breakout sessions seem like a good way to do this, but as I understand it, even if you have a session with only one person, it needs to be set up in advance. It would mean having all students at least assigned to breakouts, one-on-one with me. Is this correct? Also, I don't understand how to 1) start a session during the silent meditation period, 2) signal to the next student that it is his or her turn, and finally 3) given that my own teacher may want to also occasionally offer such meetings, how to set him up as the host of those sessions that he would take part in, one-on-one.
