I can setup my Zoom meeting, but I cannot invite anyone. Each time I click Invite, the Outlook invitation appears momentarily, but then Outlook crashes. Previously, I have scheduled many Zoom meetings and I can write emails on Outlook, no problem. I have updated both Zoom Workplace (Version: 6.1.11 (39163)) and MS Outlook for Mac (16.89.3 (24092813)). I have restarted the computer. My prospective client is expecting the Zoom invite now. Hoping I do not lose this prospect. Can anyone help? Thank you.

If you have an updated version of Outlook for Mac, in the Help menu, you will see Contact Support. This is a "chat" window. Here I tried explaining this to a tech rep from Microsoft. The tech rep asked me to record my screen to show what happens when the Outlook invitation appears and the subsequent Outlook crash. The tech rep provided instructions to use Quicktime to record my screen and then upload the resulting video to a Secure File Exchange page. But Quicktime would not cooperate and I cannot record my screen. I recorded the screen with my iPhone but the Secure File Exchange page will not accept this video. If you also use the Support chat and report the same issue, that would be helpful. The more of us who report this issue, the more likely it will be addressed by Microsoft. Thanks, Jeff

Hello there,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience and late response.
May we advise installing the Zoom for Outlook add-in. The Zoom for Outlook add-in allows you to manage scheduling within the Outlook web and desktop apps.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

I have exactly the same problem. I have been in contact with support, and uploaded a video and error report log. I'll update you when they have worked out what the problem is
