Dear Zoom,
It seems every meeting we have lately, the zoom platform freezes up. This is becoming an issue for our foundation during board meetings. Is there anything we can do to minimize the freezing up.

If your Zoom platform freezes during a meeting, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the issue. First, ensure that no other programs are using the camera and that they are closed. Restart your computer and uninstall the Zoom client. Then, reinstall the latest version from the Zoom Download Center. Additionally, you can update your camera driver by visiting your device's support and downloads page. If you are using Windows 10, check the privacy settings to allow Zoom access to your webcam. On macOS, make sure that other camera applications like Photo Booth and Facetime are not using the camera. If the issue persists, try testing the camera in other applications like Photo Booth or Facetime. If the camera works in other apps but not in Zoom, reinstall the Zoom client. Lastly, please capture a screenshot and raised a ticket to our Support Team so we can help you troubleshoot further.
