On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Dear Zoom,It seems every meeting we have lately, the zoom platform freezes up. This is becoming an issue for our foundation during board meetings. Is there anything we can do to minimize the freezing up.Thank you,The Warren Alpert Foundation

AUTOMATIC CALENDAR INVITES

When scheduling a meeting in zoom it used have give me a pop up to send the calendar invite to the participants that I enter their email address. Why don't I get that option any longer.

Hello, We just installed a zoom room. The controller is a NeatPad. How can I schedule a meeting from the zoom room itself?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,Kim

Hello All,I'm trying to set up recording disclaimer and I do not have it showing up in my account. Anyone else have this issue and if so how did you correct it?Thank you.
