I cannot determine how to set up break-out rooms from my current zoom meeting.

in a meeting with some Zoom participants in the same room but on their own device, how can the person controlling Zoom force all devices except one to both microphone and speaker off?

Hello, We are trying to retrieve a Recording for our non-profit Organisation. It was a Virtual Walk for Mental Health Month...unfortunately the Team Member used her private account not the paid Zoom account. Can we pay a fee and retrieve it as a once off for our Team? Thankyou

Is there a way to either eliminate the need for an authentication code to my cell phone or at least change the authentication to having a telephone call give me the number? How do I do that?
Resolved! Why group shared applications?
Why did Zoom Meetings share option change to grouped applications? I specifically need to share different documents / apps at different times and I like to know what I'm sharing and not just any one of the open apps. This is a security risk too - as I do not want to share attendee information in error, I have a class register with people's details on it in Excel, I also have work I want to share on excel. When I want to share, the app only shows me Excel (2) but does not let me choose which of the two documents 😞 Same with Youtube app, I have it open as well as a Google browser, now I cannot share them seperately. The Zoom app only shows me a Google (2) and when I select that I cannot choose between YouTube app or Google browser page 😞

Joining a meeting from SIP room
Hi All, Is there a default dial string/uri for @zoomcrc.com that will prompt for the meeting ID to be entered? I would like to add a join zoom button to my Cisco room panel that connects but prompts the user for the meeting ID. We can join meetings ok but the user has to type the full string, ie <meetingid>@zoomcrc.com Devices are not registered as zoom rooms. Thanks in advance

Help! Need to link my zoom account with my teaching platform but failing!
Teaching online, I am moving full time to a new teaching platform. For it I need what they are calling my "videoconference link." I have tried the link that gets sent out when I invite someone to a meeting, and that has not worked. What am I missing? Where do I look? What do I have to do to link it once I find it? It's an awesome teaching platform but useless without Zoom. I could use Skype but do not want to! I am sure this is user error.....Thank you in advance for any advice!
