Dear All, I have subscribe the Zoom Pro and planning to hold a general meeting. So during my general meeting i would like to let my attendees to vote and some of my polls will require multiple answers. Is there a way to restrict the number of answer for the attendees to pick for example 5 out of 10 choices. Currently polling with multiple answer, attendees can pick all the choices. Thanks,

Hi. I'm a PRO user. Every time I create a new meeting and try to save it, with instructions to post the meeting to my Google Calendar, I get this error: 403 Forbidden POST https://www.googleapis.com/calendar/v3/calendars/primary/events { "code" : 403, "errors" : [ { "domain" : "global", "message" : "Insufficient Permission", "reason" : "insufficientPermissions" } ], "message" : "Request had insufficient authentication scopes.", "status" : "PERMISSION_DENIED" } (-1) I've gone through the calendar settings but still coming up empty. Any help appreciated.

Hi, I am struggling to find and utilize two features on my account - annotate and polling in my meetings. I have ensured the annotate feature is turned on under settings. I have deleted and redownloaded Zoom. I have a Pro licensed account. I have searched on what the issue is and am coming up empty. Something isn't right since I thought they were free features anyways. Please advise if you have suggestions. Thanks!

I'm having trouble with creating a meeting for my counterparty and him not being able to start the meeting that I create but am not part of. we are working in Google workspace. HELP!!!
For the first time, at a meeting, a bomber or 2 were able to switch squares as their video and audio feed dominated the room which made it difficult to remove them. I got the sucker and reported him. Does anyone know any other way to remove them or stop them.

Hello, Every time I'm trying to connect to Zoom, whether I try with my Google Account or Facebook, I get the error code: 1006028000. The thing is I have a class to attend in less than 2 hours and I've tried everything I could think of already: - Restart my laptop - Restart my rooter - Uninstall and reinstall Zoom to make sure it's the latest version - Search the code on Google, but of course I can find any code possible accept mine... - It's too early for the shops to be opened to see a technician to help me and I don't have enough time before my class either to get there... I'm really running out of ideas, so you are my last hope right now. Thank you for your help!

Hi! We stream our town meetings live on YouTube via the Zoom platform. I'm trying to figure out how to enable closed captions and still be able to go live. I tried one of the apps, but it won't let me do both the live and the closed captions. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I'm hosting sheduled meetings from Ontario, Canada. I have an attendee who cannot access the video meetings from Ghana so she calls in to the meeting. I have been on meetings with her (on video) using my personal room, as have others on our team. She can't join scheduled meetings via video but can join the audio by phone. She can join meetings in a personal room via video. Any suggestions how to help her join our scheduled meetings in Ontario (Canada) from Ghana via video?
