Issues with output volume when sharing screen

During Zoom meetings when I screen share something with audio (I use a Mac) there isn't any issues with the sound on the receiving end of meeting participants. However, when my friend (he uses a PC) shares his screen, the audio is noted to be drastically reduced on everyone's computers compared to when I'm screen sharing. Does anybody have any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

Hi Bri, thanks for the reply! We already tried this and unfortunately there was no difference in the sound. I don't know if we're missing something else.
