Hi!

 

For some reason, passwords (that I can't seem to remove) have appeared on my zoom meetings. The password is 'greyed out' on the meeting set-up so I can't seem to de-select it!

 

I have looked on settings where there is meant to be a toggle you can select to 'bypass' the need for passwords, but that doesn't seem to be there either.

 

Any ideas?

Green Border line is not visible

In a meeting of 700 participants, if the host video has been spotlighted and the green border has been fixed to the host. When other participants talk, the line to indicate which participant talking is not visible. How to make it visible as the current one has just a small yellow line and it would be better if they move to the first page when they talk and a green line box indicating who is talking

.

Hi, 

 

If i buy the package for 1000 attendees, what happens if 1001 turn up? If the meeting is full, do other attendees go into a waiting room or can they not register at all?

Moving the speaker in broadcast

Good afternoon! When organizing a broadcast to a third-party streaming service, the speaker's image on the broadcast is fixed in the upper right corner. How can I move this speaker window to other parts of the broadcast?

my training takes place via zoom. i would like to have it translated into german with subtitles. i don't know which plan my host uses. what do i have to do so that i can use the translation function and the hosts have nothing to do with it? 

is it possible to upgrade my plan and buy the add on and then use the function without the host doing anything?

I am using zoom meeting-sdk with core js programming and facing redirecting url issue , there are “leaveUrl” to give redirecting url .

  1. I also used javascript tag with href “window.location.href” with a function .
  2. I also make sure the my url should be in allowed list of App configuration of meeting sdk .
  3. I also tried setTimeout to give time to close the websocket but it’s not working till now ,

the main issue is rehitting the URL and getting cancelled without giving any response , and this issue is not with my server , if i giving flipkart , amazon ,etc url the same behaviour is happening . what should i do , i tried many subsequences .

After not using my paid Zoom account - x- in some time, I opened the client on my pc and everything was different. Among other things, my ID is now y and when I zoomed with friends, we were limited as to time. 
 
I just paid my annual subscription of $160.02 on June 18th of this year. That's a lot of money, at least to me. I therefore want to know: 
 
  1. What happened to my time-unlimited account,  and
  2. How do I get it back again?
You folk keep sending me e-mail about all the new features you want to sell me. Why would I want to buy anything else from you if what I have been buying from you for years no longer works?
 
I am not happy about this at all.

Video issue after Automatic Upgrade to Zoom workplace

When I screen mirror my iPhone 13 to my tv, it will turn my camera (video display) sideways, and there is no option to rotate the view and keep right side up in portrait view.  If I unmirror the iPhone to the tv, it works fine.  I have had no issues for over a year until last few weeks.  I have signed out of all devices, uninstalled/reinstalled zoom.  Checked all the settings on my tv, and my iPhone software is up to date. I have also signed into the desktop client and the camera view is correct. Apple verified that it is not a phone issue. I also verified that it is not a TV issue as I have tried it on multiple TVs. I tried it with my daughters phone also iPhone 13 but hers did not automatically update yet and hers works fine.

Appreciate any help.  I am using the latest zoom version.

When we host a recorded meeting, first a guest speaker is made a co-host so that she/he can share their screen. Then the speaker's video is left on while presenting with their shared screen. When the recording is processed, there is not one video where the speaker and her/his shared screen are combined. It is either the speaker alone, or the presentation alone, or just the video. 

 

The box next to these settings is ticked:

 

Save chat messages from the meeting / webinar
Save closed caption as a VTT file
Hosts can give meeting participants permission to record locally
Record active speaker with shared screen
Record gallery view with shared screen

Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately

Record audio-only files

Record one audio file for all participants
Record a separate audio file of each participant

Record the Interpretation

Record sign language interpreter
Record language interpreter
Save chat messages from the meeting / webinar

Advanced cloud recording settings

Add a timestamp to the recording
Display participants' names in the recording
Record thumbnails when sharing
Optimize the recording for 3rd party video editor
Save panelist chat to the recording
Save closed caption as a VTT file
 
We need this fixed as soon as possible. I've been trying to get help through Zoom endless times and to no avail.
