Sharing audio without sharing screen is greyed out

Hi- I am unable to share my computer audio without sharing my screen. Please help me. its been weeks and I have a major meeting coming up I need audio for. It used to work. I even plugged in headphones to see if it changed anything. Any help greatly appreciated.

WOW epic feedback. I cant believe I was struggling with it for so long hehe. THANK YOU! I also posted re when I save locally there's a big black border around my video. Not when I save to the cloud. Any idea why? Its so odd, its a fairly new occurrence.
