I tested the recording feature at the beginning of our meeting with just the 3 hosts, and checked that the video was saved locally on my laptop and I could play it. Then the actual meeting started, around 80 people attended, and I clicked start recording at the beginning, and end recording about 1.5 hours in. Once the meeting wrapped up and I went to check the recording file, only the initial 3s test video can be found. I have a MacBook, and video was found under Documents/Zoom. Is there anything to do to recover the recording? Multiple guests on the call, as well as the hosts, confirmed that the recording notification was showing during the call, and the "recording ended" voice also played when I clicked "stop recording" so I'm fairly certain the issue wasn't with recording, but with encoding / transferring / saving the file(s) to my local machine? Any help appreciated, this event was a hybrid memorial /celebration of life for a dear member of our community, and multiple people were unable to attend and intending to watch the recording later!

I used to open the app on my desktop. I'd schedule a meeting and the link would be added to my Google Calendar event. It no longer is added. I look at the calendar, not there. Opened the app - not in the events. Login at zoom.us and the two new meetings are not there either. What has changed? If I open the event in the zoom app, it's still not displaying in the events - no way to add as zoom meeting. It's also not giving that old note of "this is not a zoom meeting."
Your guidance is appreciated. The event is added to my calender, as expected, but there is no meeting link.

I think I have followed everything to record my Zoom Meetings to the cloud, but none of my recordings are able to be transcribed. They are all indicating "Audio Recording - Unable to transcribe".
Does anyone have a solution to this?
I suddenly am unable to click on a link provided by the meeting organizer and get into the meeting. I've tried going through my browser, i.e., accessing the Zoom website, then entering the meeting number and passcode but that isn't working either. The suddenness of this problem has me puzzled, as I, like many of you, have spent much of the pandemic in Zoom meetings. Any ideas what a moderately tech-challenged person can do?

When hosting a zoom meeting with a host and cohosts, one person is airing their slides on the screen, while others are running more of the meeting, logistics, meaning setting up breakout rooms, monitoring participants entering the zoom, and trying to play music for the beginning of the meeting and after returning from breakouts. The music continues to be an issue. Have there been any updates to allow cohost to share music while someone else shares slides? We have allowed for multiple participants to share simultaneously, but the music does not come through clearly when we do this. does anyone have a solution for this? Have there been any updates that would help with this? We are generally sharing through Apple Music or Spotify.

Does zoom video sdk automatically fallback to audio only mode in case of low bandwidth? Or it is something that has to be present in application logic?
Also whenever a particiapant joins using the zoom video sdk can we add some custom fields to the particiapant. For eg: gender, address
Zoom video sdk version - 2.1.0
Can anyone help me with these queries?

I am running into a strange issue that I can't seem to solve.
I am using Calendly for my scheduling and have Zoom integrated. When someone books a call with me now, they are receiving a "Your Meeting is in 1 hour!" email, and it sends them an automated message saying "Your appointment is now" and then it includes a Zoom link that is invalid (it's the same link every time for everyone).
I've reached out to Calendly support and this isn't on their end. I don't even have a notification set up for someone to get an email after an hour. So I have no idea how this is happening, but it's causing a major issue because people can't log in to my calls because they are attempting to click a zoom link in their email that isn't valid.
Can anyone help?

Hi,
I want to be able to have live OCR, so I can copy-paste directly from slides.
MacOS can do it, so I hope you too!
Thanks!
Bob.
One of the webinars I am attending is very loud. I rectify this by lowering my volume to 10. This creates a popup asking me, "Can't hear anything? Turn volume up." And it has a button that automatically adjusts the volume to LOUD. My headphones went to 50. I noticed this by accidentally clicking the button when I meant to dismiss the small 'x.'
