I use Zoom for research (I'm the host) and use the same Zoom link for all sessions. The link has not changed, but now the participant can not access her camera on Zoom. The video option is greyed in Zoom and in the computer settings—the participant uses a Mac. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,
Could you check if all participants are allowed to turn on their cameras in your meeting configurations.
Also, make sure there's no accidental restriction on her camera access by looking at the host permissions and settings in your room

I am unable to attend certain meetings, just because zoom is not responding. I do not whether it is due to server or zoom issue.
