Meeting reminders (for meetings not requiring registration or acceptance)
We have a town hall for external stakeholders for anywhere for 100 - 350 people. It's a town hall to introduce our new executive director to those that wish to join. Hence we aren't sending an invite, and no need to registering. We are just sending the Zoom meeting link in an email. Is there an option that we can send a reminder if someone selects to 'add to calendar'
