Help! I interviewed a subject via zoom and had 'record meetings automatically on local computer' enabled in settings but I did not press start recording on the meeting interface. I can't find a recording anywhere. Would it have recorded on my computer? If so, where do I access it?

I have a user that has been trying to update to 5.11.4 from 5.9. Everyday last week were able to update and the update appeared successful. The following day however the users version had returned to 5.9 every single time. We checked to make sure there was no restore points or anything or previous versions.  I would appreciate any tips that might get us to a resolution.

We're using Zoom Webinar with registration in our organisation and the meeting link we are provided with is in the format "zoom.us/w/<meeting-number>". Our Teams Room system only recognises URL's with the format "zoom.us/j/<meeting-number>". When changing the w to a j it works fine and lets us in, does this have any knock on effect that we're not aware of and what's the reason for the url difference?

Anyone else have issues with the video not working during a Zoom conference?  I've checked all my app settings under privacy > camera, and all are turned to "on."  Below all the applications are two more applications listed (Microsoft Edge and Zoom Meetings) both of which are also turned to "on." So I don't understand why I cannot get my video to work during Zoom meetings. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Here's the challenge. 

We are looking to scale up a cohort based course offer to intakes of 500 using Zoom meetings. We want breakout rooms of 6-8 (so need about 80 breakout rooms)

Assigning them manually during the live call isn't an option due to the time taken to do this. 

We are exploring pre-assigning breakouts but it requires everybody to have a Zoom account (and being honest, who actually HAS a Zoom account?). I'm not averse to needing people to create an account - but would rather it be with my own organisation or an event management tool rather than just Zoom itself. 

Does anyone have any bright ideas? Is there an integration that pushes or bulk creates Zoom accounts? Is there a Zapier Zap I can use?

We need to pre-assign breakouts but am really loathed to get people creating Zoom accounts. Anyone been facing a similar challenge? Thanks so much

When I screen share MP4 videos from my computer, the original aspect ratios of these videos are "stretched" slightly. For example, let's say I have a short clip from a 1944 movie that is in the old 4:3 aspect ratio. When I play it (offline) on Windows Media Player on my computer, it displays the correct aspect ratio. However, when I'm in Zoom, and I screen share/advanced/video, and I play the clip with the Zoom player, the aspect ratio is incorrect and stretched horizontally.

Is there a way to adjust this in Zoom? The original videos are in the correct aspect ratio, it only happens when sharing on Zoom.  If there is no way to adjust this, then ZOOM--PLEASE CORRECT THIS.  Film People do not like seeing film clips displayed in the incorrect aspect ratio!   Thank you!
