Schedule a current meeting but without occupying a personal computer or that task.

Hello.
Let me ask to this community, if is possible to schedule a current meeting (available all the time) but without occupying a personal computer for that task.
Maybe using a privete server or something like that.
I don't want to dedicate a personal computer just for that.
Please tell me if it is possible.
