Hi guys,

 

I ma wondering why i don't have a blured background? I have also a plan, yearly payed

 

Please see attached picture about my mac

Hi @impariamoconlil 

Comparing your specs to the system requirements for virtual background, shows you likely don't meet the processor requirements. I cannot say for sure, as I don't know the exact model processor you have, but its likely not a 6th generation or higher processor (since your device is from 2014).
