Hi folks. I have a client, i.e. Foo.com. They have a departmental zoom account, under abcATfooDOTcom

They also have a company zoom account, i.e. defATfooDOT.com

Is there a way to have both these show up after integration with Office 365, so that when the user choose to create a Zoom meeting in Outlook or Outlook online, that multiple choices show up? 

If no, 

Is the answer then to fold the two accounts into users inside the same account? That would be less optimal, since both these accounts have many future meetings setup and it would appear one would lose all the meetings. 

If I did that, would the users then have the choice of which user account to use to setup the future meetings? 

When I set it up yesterday it appeared the answer was no. Every time I went to setup a meeting it defaulted to abcATfooDOTcom. Did I simply set something up wrong? 

Hi, I've been using a iMac Pro with ultrastudio mini recorder for years now and every time there is a major update, I run into an issue. 

My current issue is with the Audio. Zoom will freeze when trying to connect to audio. When it is able to connect, the audio sounds choppy/robotic. If I use OBS with YouTube, audio is perfect. If I use the microphone with the iMac, perfect. But I need to use the audio from the Ultrastudio. Any help!?

I am here searching for which is the best method to restrict the user in zoom meeting currently I am working on Build Super PC I want to start meeting with different clients related to my Projects. I want to restrict some of my clients. How can I do this? Need help regarding this.

I am the admin. I added my assistant as a user.  We record a meeting to the cloud.  My assistant can access the recording but it doesn't show up on my list of recordings.  My assistant can't download the files without selecting an application.  I can down load files from meetings I schedule and then select the application.  

As the admin - why can't I access all recordings?

Hi, on scheduling a zoom meeting in outlook on behalf of someone else the Schedule for field remains for myself for one user, whereas it changes automatically when I schedule meetings for other executives to their name in their calendars. I have editor rights for all calendars. 

Please advise how to change it to default to that user's name on behalf of whom I schedule the meetings.

I am tracking attendance for education credits where the time the students are on camera and listening is only when time applies for education credits.  When someone is in a session but they have their camera off and have stepped away, what is the best way to stop their attendance time being recorded?  If they stay in the room, they are being recorded as being in attendance?  If I move them to the waiting room, then I do not hear when they want to reenter.  

First I connect my iPad Pro 2022 with a cable to my MacBook Pro 2018. Then I start the Zoom client, start a meeting, and share my IPad screen with the cable option. I seems to work fine, but my problem is I hear a occasional buzz through the laptop speakers. It there someone who recognizes this problem, and has fixed it?
