Is there a way to add many images to the "bank" of available virtual backgrounds? Right now I can only add each image one at a time, which is tedious so before I do that, I wanted to check whether I just hadn't looked in the right places. I am currently on the free plan, in case that matters. 

We are using Zoom for church meetings, so that older or sick ones can still participate in the meeting. At times there is a need to communicate with the operators of the audio-visual system in the church and personal Chat messages work for that purpose but the chat preview only stays visible for a few seconds before being replaced with a number. Under Team Chat in Settings, there is an option to "Show notification banner on screen until dismissed", but, although this is ticked, the preview message still disappears. Does this have to be activated somewhere else?

If you have lines and flashes on your video, after update, here's a solution:

Click on the arrow next to your camera and choose "Video settings".

Scroll down to the bottom of the list of settings and choose "Advanced".

Remove the checkmark from the first item "optimize quality of the video/send with de-noise."

They should remove the lines and distortion from your video camera signal

i work at a church and we have multi-media needs and have run into some connectivity issues. 

Using a Mac Book, pulling up a You Tube video, sharing over Zoom, while also using HDMI to a TV screen for people in the room. We also connect a Meeting Owl with 360 degree camera so those on Zoom can see and hear the room, and those in the room can hear those on the Zoom. The problem we ran into is that the sound from the You Tube is only coming from the Mac Book. I've posed this question to the OwlLabs people also. I'm thinking there may be a certain order to do everything, and we haven't done it. Ideas?
