Do you know if it is possible to connect two zoom accounts with Salesforce?
My business replies on sending class recordings and things used to be so simple with Zoom's editing feature. I could pinpoint the exact second to start and end the recording and trim off the rest. This new feature with the slide bar is not ready for prime time and needs to be improved. Now we have to highlight what we want to keep (instead of cut off what we dont want to keep). And the slider doesn't pull up the minutes and seconds of the recording easily. I have to click on and off it, slide the bar around, start over, and then eventually the minutes and seconds will pop up. Also, the slide bar wonks with 8 seconds at a time so I cannot trim it down to the second I want. Let say I want to start the video at minute 2.35... the slide bar will will jump from 2.32 to 2.40. These last two days, I have been forced to send a little extra content on the front and back side of the recording that I didnt want there. The worst part is that after I trim... the system then creates a whole new edited recording and that process takes 5-15 minutes!!! Before, I could trim and then immediately grab the recording link and go. I need that for my life. Having to edit, and then wait several minutes before I can copy the link and send is a huge waste of time, that I dont have. Zoom, you have made the process more difficult and not easier and intuitive! I am super unhappy with this shift and hope that you will pull that feature down, return to the old trim function, until you get the bugs worked out of this new feature.

Hi It seems to be a very simple question, but for some reason it is not explained anywhere and it seems to be hard getting answer even from Zoom... So there is a page with Zoom plans comparison and one of differences between Pro and Business Plan is named as "Admin portal". Description says only "Manage users in your company on one account for simplified billing, advanced user management settings, and comprehensive usage insights all in the Zoom Admin Portal." It can be understood in many ways. Is there no admin part for account owner/admins when logged to Zoom website? Or it is with most features but some things are missing? If it's the latter - how much is missing? Description mentions "advanced user management". So I understand, that there is "basic user management" for Pro license account? It is possible to add users and assign them licenses, right? Or is that not possible with Pro license? I think that is must be possible, since otherwise how company would it be able to decide who is assigned with Pro license? Cheers

when i tried from t-mobile and zoom, the call went through. when i tried from magicjack, i got "this number is a pay per minute that is not included in magicjacks unlimited plan." magicjack says to call customer service at 877-846-5066 if you believe that you have gotten the mesage in error. magic says says they will clear the number if it turns out not to be a pay per minute call. what error mesages are you getting from each of the DC area landline carriers you tried such as verizon?

Hallo! Meine Frage ist, ob ich von meinem Tablet aus einer externen Webcam in Zoom mit einbinden kann? Die Webcam wird vom Android Tablet erkannt und über Computer kann ich sie auch mit in Zoom einbinden. Vom Tablet aus wird mir die Kamera nicht in Zoom angezeigt. Ich habe auch schon einen Neustart gemacht und Zoom neu installiert. Vielleicht kann mir ja jemand weiter helfen? Vielen Dank schon mal im Voraus! Einen sonnigen Tag ! TJ

9/12にプロプランの支払いを完了して領収書も手元にあるのに、表示は基本プランのままです。
以下のページにあるライセンスの割り当てをしようとすると、ユーザータイプは「Zoom One Basic」しか選択できません。
添付画像の支払いがマイナスになっていることと関係があるのでしょうか?
どうしたらよいでしょうか。

こんにちは。 Zoomの請求書の表示についてお伺いいたします。 状況としては、有料プランの支払い方法を変更(カナダドルから日本円での支払いに変更)した後、請求書履歴を確認しに行ったところ、過去の請求履歴が全て表示されなくなっていた、というものです。 それまで支払っていた分の請求履歴を確認する方法がありましたら教えていただきたく思います。 なお支払い方法以外の情報は操作しておりません。アカウントも同じままでの状況でした。 どなたかご存知でしたらお願いいたします。
Zoomの請求書を確認する画面(Zoomのマイページ「アカウント情報」→「支払い」→「請求書履歴」の画面)で、過去の請求履歴を表示するにはどうしたらいいでしょうか。
