Access to Zoom
When I join a zoom meeting they cannot hear me or see me. I don't know what to do. I can see myself in my camera but it doesn't project to the zoom meeting.

I recently signed up for the FREE version of zoom. However, it did not come with a Recording button at all. It should be next to the Screen Share button but its not. I don't believe I need a paid plan for this function. Any advice?
When opening zoom on the browser and click start meeting from there, then Launch meeting - the zoom desktop app launches BUT the meeting itself doesn't. It just brings me to the front page of the zoom desktop app. I've tried reinstalling zoom and clearing cache - there was even a point where zoom asked me to download it every time - with no results. I am able to launch the meetings from the desktop app but this becomes a hassle when using multiple accounts which are necessary for my work where we use, at the very least, 3 accounts. It becomes annoying having login-logout from the browser to modify/edit meetings and webinars only to login-logout on the desktop app just to launch.
To clarify one thing, I am freely able to join already running meetings from the browser, it solely doesn't work when starting the meet/webinar.

Hi everyone! We record Zoom meetings once every two weeks as our team unites to discuss a particular topic. We recently ran out of space, so I downloaded the recordings and moved them to our server. Unfortunately, this means that the links to the recording now seem empty. Is that normal? So for the links to work to a recording, the recording has to stay on the Zoom platform? They are still saved as I only just deleted them so they will be in the trash for 30 days. Would it be best to simply increase our storage, or is there another way that the links will work? Thanks!

We are having the next problem: If a user has a meeting with a duration of one or more hours, and the session is rescheduled (they usually use the outlook complement for scheduling and rescheduling meetings), appears a message indicating that they have a limit of 45 minutes, as if they had a Basic Licence. This situation started today, and it has happened to two users. In both cases they have a Business Licence. ¿What could be the problem?

I am trying to set up a meeting for our sales team. I want to use a "team" zoom account instead of mine, since it is a paid account and won't cut us off. But when I create the event in Google calendar, it automatically chooses my personal account. How can I change it to send from the Team account??

Yesterday I conducted several Zoom meetings with groups just fine. Today, I tried to record a screenshare only video, and Zoom will not allow me to unmute my Blue Yeti mic. It shows the mic in the list, the mic is selected, but when I test it I receive a message saying my mic is not working, and I should check it. I am using the Zoom desktop client on Windows 10 Business with Firefox (latest version). Absolutely nothing about my setup has changed since yesterday. No Windows updates installed or anything like that. Here is what I have done to troubleshoot so far: What else should I be trying? This is a real issue for me, as I do a lot of group coaching and record podcasts, etc., using Zoom and my Blue Yeti, so I really need to get this mic working. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Hi there, I have a Zoom Pro account. I am due to deliver training to a group via Zoom next week. Today I was practicing delivery on my own on Zoom but got the message "your meeting ended as it was idle after 40 minutes". Why is this and is there any danger that it will happen next week during my training session? Thank you, Lorraine Shine
