I cloud recorded a meeting 3 hours ago. The meeting lasted 14 minutes. Indication is that it is still processing. I know during COVID this was a regular occurrence but any way this should be taking hours to process and post? Thanks.

Hello! I set up a meeting yesterday which occurred, but I did not attend it. I am not seeing the participants in my usage reports. Is this because I didn't attend the call? Is there a way I can still pull who attended since I did set up the call? Thank you!

Laptop video call switched to cell phone
When I am using the app and the laptop to run zoom is the data being pulled from only the device I am using at that time? I usually initially answer on the laptop a lot but wonder if switching immediately to my cell will save my hotspot data and pull from my unlimited cell phone data instead? Trying not to burn through 35g of Data in a month and we have a lot of live meetings.

Resolved! Can't "see" whole calendar on laptop to forward to schedule a meeting to desired month/date!
Hello Friends, For some reason, on my laptop, when trying to pick a date for a future meeting, I cannot see the entire monthly calendar (the pop-up is cutoff at top) so I am not able to forward to the desired date. I can see it on my desktop however. This is not only annoying be super inconvenient!! Weird thing is, I used to be able to do this from my laptop. Please see attached screenshot. THANK YOU!

How do I know if a meeting ended?
I hosted a zoom meeting last night. There were two participants - myself and one other person. Although the meeting appears to be over, I did not end this meeting. The other participant did not end the meeting. I posted this yesterday but it was flagged as spam and deleted? Please don’t delete this I really need help. I want to make sure this meeting has actually ended. I want to make sure that it is not still going. I do not want to be charged for hosting an extended meeting, and I don’t want the other participant to get charged for attending an extended meeting, when neither of us are still there. Thank you for your time and your help with this matter.

Resolved! Will large meeting add on affect existing links?
Hello, we are hoping to upgrade our zoom account to include the large meeting add-on. Before we do this - will the links shared with registrants be affected after the change?
Meeting time zones changing automatically and sending email cancellations to attendees
Hi -- I am having trouble with the time zone changing when adding a meeting to my calendar through the OUTLOOK.ICS link. For example: I schedule a meeting in the Eastern Time Zone. It saves as Eastern Time Zone I click on the ADD TO: Outlook.ics link I invite attendees They receive an invite and accept it (still everything is showing in Eastern Time Zone) The Zoom meeting also shows in my own calendar as Eastern Time Zone THEN.... within a couple minutes, each attendee receives and automatically generated Cancellation email and there is a second meeting added to my calendar showing Pacific Time Zone. My computer, Zoom and Outlook are all set with the Eastern Time Zone. Does anyone know what could be happening? Thanks!
