How does the Basic VS Licensed level effect features such as

• Team Chat
• Scheduling meetings for others
• Contacts
• Whiteboards

if they are users on a business account

Thank you for your question. Team Chat, Scheduling Privileges, and Contacts remain the same on a business account for Basic vs. Licensed. For Whiteboards, you would have unlimited whiteboards.
