Hi all! Wonder if anyone can help with the following... When I go to 'share computer audio' in a Zoom meeting (ie my Spotify playlist), my students on the other side of the screen tell me my voice cuts in and out. I am also using an external mic. Would be so grateful for a solution! Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi, I have a zoom pro account and am hosting a meeting for 50+people. I wanted to use the Q&A function, and have the chat separately. I was going to upgrade to business but realised the minimum users is 10 and that's too much cost for me. Is there any add on or possibility to use the Q&A function in pro?

When in a meeting, my chat window doesn't show up properly--I can see the chat messages, but I can't see the button that let's you choose who to send a chat to. What is going on and how do I fix this? Attaching a screengrab, you can see where the pink arrow is pointing that the button to choose who the message goes to is only barely visible. I've tried resizing the chat window, and zooming in and out--neither worked. I'm not super savvy so that's about all I can think to do on my own. Thanks!

I have been using Zoom for some time and use it for regularly for meetings. Until today, I had no trouble opening the app from my applications folder. When it wouldn't open, I downloaded the software again but a message popped up to say that I can't open the app because PowerPC applications are no longer supported... I am running an iMac with OS 10.11.6. Does anyone have a solution?

Does anyone know why Zoom doesn't give the host or cohost doesn't the ability to remove the unmute privilege for a single participant in a zoom meeting? I think a Block/Unblock option per participant for Host/co-host would be fantastic. I know you can remove this privilege from the whole group and unmute certain participants but I would like to keep the unmuting privilege for the rest of the group. Specifically, it would be great to be able to temporarily prevent a participant from unmuting themselves due to user error, technical difficulties or muting that "helpful suggestions" person during a discussion. We have many older participants in our discussions and for some reason a few just can't keep their fingers away from the microphone button. I'm not looking to kick them into the waiting room, just temporarily prevent them from unmuting themselves. thanks, MrM

I retired two years ago, and during the pandemic, I was using zoom a few times, so, I never became an expert. My wife is now starting a part time position, and will have some zoom meetings on my laptop. I do have a Brio camera. When I was doing my zoom meetings, I was able to click on some jpgs on my home screen, and use that as a background. I have tried this for my wife's upcoming meetings I have clicked on "virtual background" > clicked on the "+", clicked on "select image" > and than I have tried to open the image I want on my desktop. Nothing happens. Let me know what I am doing wrong. Thank so much.

I have a quesntion. Actually I used Zoom which can be used by 100people. But somtimes if participants attended meeting 99 people, I had problem of sounds and video was cut off and sound slow... Now I have plan very importnat meeting which will attend participants around 800people. I would like to know that if I upgrade 1,000 participants zoom, Is that no problem anymore? or Do you have some good solution? or some suggestion? I hope your sincere answer.
