I am a paying customer of ZOOM. It has been a disaster. When I invite people, they have to copy the URL and then hope it will work, but it doesn't. Tonight, I was to host a meeting and it kept telling me to wait for the host to let me in . I ended up e-mailing everybody telling them I was trying a new invitation. Then it worked but several people had to cut an paste the URL and our meeting was delayed by almost an hour. What help line can we call in an emergency  that will assist IMMEDIATELY, not in ten minutes of more when people leave the meeting? Thank you

During meetings I often have  to ring a bell (I lead Meditation sessions). While my voice comes through loud and clear, the sound of the bell does not. I have Tried every combination of Zoom audio settings I can Think of, with no positive results.  I tried Live chat with no positive results. I called “The Geek Squad” for help, and they told me my computer settings were all up to date and that this was an app problem.  I don’t Believe that, but I am At a total loss. Any suggestions?

according to windows release notes 5.8.3, "Account owners and admins can enable advanced polling to allow meeting hosts to build advanced polls or quizzes that contain multiple question/answer types, allow for images, and automatically record answers. New question/answer types include match combinations, rank answers, and fill in the blank."

I have an issue where there is no sound when the first encounter starts.
Close Zoom completely and reopen it so you can hear it again when you join a meeting. I've been through this situation a few times. When restarting, the speaker options are the same settings.
What is the cause of the problem?

A friend is a member of a regular scheduled Zoom meeting of my wife's.

When she clicks the "Join Zoom Meeting" URL in the email she has been sent, she is requested the Passcode. Other members of the same meeting are not.

Why? And can i get rid of this requirement for her? (Keep life as simple as possible)

Dear Comunity 

I am representing 6Connex a Virtual event platform. 

We have a Zoom client who has a requirement to authenticate users from our platform and pass them directly into a zoom meeting or webinar. 

We used last week an old application for this use case - however, we found out that Zoom has added a security feature on this application that blocks users from entering a meeting/webinar more than 3 times. 

Is there another application / api which we can use for this which either brings better features or does not have that block? The block is not useable as - the client has loads of meetings scheduled each day of the conference - so using persistent meeting/webinar rooms. 

I hope someone could help. 

I hear on my end the audio correctly, without the echo, but the other participants hear an echo of the audio. 

My microphone is closed so it's not coming from my speakers back into the mic for them to hear twice.

I can't figure out what else to change, but haven't seen any articles about it.
