Hi there, We have a 20pro account and have been using zoom more than a year corporately. I use Chrome extension Zoom Scheduler, Zoom for G Suite, zoom desktop app. I plan meetings from both my computer and my mobile. However I can't view all meetings when I check zoom website my account or on the add-on sometimes. What am I making wrong? Even though I can't view the meeting, link works. Only I can't check if they continue or not cause I can't view from any sources. I'd appreciate if you can help. Thanks

Hi All, Strange issue... The audio is output correctly from Windows. From Home in Zoom, when I open the Settings->Audio window, the audio in my Acreo OpenBuds becomes garbled\robotic. This affects all of the audio playing at the time. I close the window and the audio returns sounding fine. If I answer a call in Zoom Phone the audio is the same garbled\robotic sound. There is no issue in Zoom Meetings. Any ideas what's going on? Thanks! MortB

Hello! I have business zoom account and I would like to understand the difference between Host key and License. Why do I need additional licenses on my account if I can just buy Pro Plan with 1 license and just give host keys to everyone in our company? Could you help me to clarify this, please? Thank you! How many people can activate host key? Is there any limit?
So I can create 10 different meetings where I am a host and give my host key to 10 different people to let them have host permissions for these meetings, right?

Received this error message when trying to add a zoom meeting to my email. Cannot invoke "java.util.list.stream() because "inviteeEmailList" is null Dismiss I restarted my computer, logged in and out and restarted outlook. I looked up the error and nothing came up. Literally not a single document or result on google. Any ideas? On What it means or how to fix? Update Oct 21: Still no fix. I don't know if it's connected - but my Focused inbox is also turning on and off at random intervals (Mostly staying off) and instead of Focused and Other it shows All and Unread. Is that happening to anyone else? It started happening at the same time, so I thought I'd mention it. Update October 24 - Focused vs All inbox not connected to issue Update Workaround: The in-Outlook Plugin is still not working, but I did find that I'm able to book meetings by going into the desktop zoom app, clicking the + button and then clicking Schedule from Outlook. It's a bit of a pain to add that extra step but at least it lets you book meetings in the outlook calendar. Update October 24 - 2 part Solution Found

I just got a new laptop (Mac). I tried to log in to zoom, but when I start a meeting, there is no share option at the bottom of the page. How can I share a screen during a meeting?
Hello, When I join a Zoom call via safari browser, I don't see the "Share screen" button. I checked Safari preferences and allowed permissions but I still don't see the Share screen button. macOS: 12.2 Monterey Could some one please suggest how to share screen when used on Safari browser. Any plans to introduce guided breakout rooms?
(for the host to verbally give directions to all breakout rooms at the same time)
Hi my zoom crashes when I click stop sharing. This happens normally when I have class which requires me to share my screen for at least half a day. Some time with recording too. When I stop sharing by clicking the button, the cursor will circle and crashed. Any solution? David
