Two factor authentication

Hello Everyone

I want to disable two factor authentication in my zoom I'd.. and I did it by using steps.

But I have one problem whenever I am trying to login to same I'd with another phone again he asked for verification code. And I didn't receive any verification code on my mail id.please help me.

Hi @Aditi17, welcome to the Zoom community! Per this article, if two-factor authentication is disabled, users are required to enter a time-based one-time password (OTP) sent to their email if Zoom detects an unusual login from a different country or device than normal. Have you checked your spam for an email code?

I'm having the same issue!  Do you mean this will only happen once?  Or everytime an unusual login happens?
