I recorded a Zoom meeting on Galaxy S9. Does anyone know where I might find the recording?
Recently, when my colleague tries to screen share a ppt on zoom, it crashes the call for him. Can you help?
I am scheduling meetings for others on their behalf, and putting in alternative hosts. All of these meetings require registration. Do the hosts/alternative hosts have to register in order to open the Zoom link? I tested it out by putting myself as an alternative host and put participants can join anytime. But opening the link, I am still prompted to register.

Since a few days my external device 'Logitec HD PRO C920 ,the microphone stopped working when using Zoom app. With all other communication software the Logitec HD PRO C920 Camera + built in Mic is working perfectly. I have deleted all the drivers + software from the Logitec HD PRO C920 and as well the Zoom app and re-installed it properly but wthout any result. Checked also the premissions etc... Is there anyone who can help me, please?

Our account was working fine last week. When we tried to have a scheduled meeting this week, none of us could see our video and our clients couldn't see us. On top of that, all my recurring meetings have disappeared. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client but nothing has changed.

Audio recording playback revealed one of the main speakers did not record. All other voices are captured. His audio has been recorded in past meetings using the same device and location. Any ideas on why only one voice didn't record? Everyone could hear him during the meeting, he had a deep clear, plenty of volume in his voice. I'm not sure how to trouble shoot to prevent happening again. I reformatted audio just in case and still big blank spots. He was the main speaker, with brief comments during the talk which are recorded. Ideas are appreciated - thank you in advance!

we are working on a product where users can create their own meetings after authenticating using zoom apis.
the problem is we need us to handle the payment the [Zoom App owner] not the user to allow them to have a premium accounts ?
Is there any work arounds to do this?

ever since updating to osx 12 (intel) I can't use zoom. When I try to join a meeting it just freezes and I get the spinning wheel. I can't even open the settings page. I already tried reinstalling zoom but that didn't help. I am using version 5.8.6
