when i open the PC app, if i'm signed into my personal gmail and I want to use my work gmail, 'switch users' doesnt work. I'm not given the option of which of my accounts to pick. It just opens firefox and even if i sign out, on FF, the zoom app still uses whatever account is currently logged in, via ff. Even if I sign out, zoom still logs in with one gmail and i cant switch.

When we use the desktop version Zoom Meeting application, we can send file attachments in the in-meeting chat.
Is it possible to do so in the Zoom Meeting app (iOS / Android)?

My recorded videos are now creating a new link every time I share it with a co-worker and the old link is no longer valid. This doesn't make any sense to me and I would like to revert to the old system. How do I change this back to the old way when there was one link for one recording?

There seems a bug after a recent update. I usually do a self recording for my class every week, today i noticed that my name appeared on my video which looks very weird. Presenter's name is redundant never displayed before, kindly look into it and have the issue rectified ASAP. Attached is a screenshot fyi. Thank you for your help.

Hello We have a user who is licensed with the "Large 500" add-on, who has scheduled a meeting where we expect up to 500 attendees. That user has designated an alternative host, who is licensed but does not have a large meetings add-on. If the alternative host starts the meeting, will the participants be limited to 100 since the alternative host does not have the add-on?

Hi, we run a Zoom meeting that is live streamed onto twitch. On some of the events, people request the automated closed captioning. These captions are then also burnt into the Twitch stream, which is quite problematic as they are often incorrect. Does anyone know if there's a way to turn this off so that the closed captions aren't sent and burnt into the live stream feed on Twitch? Thank you
