We need help adding our churches cameras and mics to a future zoom meeting
This has happened with two clients. They are sharing their screen with me to ask a question and the annotate option is not available. It is consistently these two clients and no others (so far). I have to assume there is a setting on their end. Any thoughts?

Hello, I am with the PRO plan. Have not used Zoom in awhile and I understand there were changes to my plan. I cannot seem to access the break out rooms any more, nor can I create a poll and have the users enter their answers anonymously. Are these no longer available on my plan? I am trying to plan for an upcoming meeting. A timely response is very much appreciated..

When I am in a meeting run by someone else I seem to be the only one not able to click on someone's message to hit a reply or add an emoji. I am on an iphone 12, which is updated. I have updated zoom also. I have gone to the meetings tab and there is no place to turn on new emojis as everyone keeps talking about. It is very frustrating. I also do not have the option to do it on my computer either. Using the same login but just under windows.

I host a twice weekly Zoom meeting, for the last month, participants can join with video and audio but after a few minutes, their video freezes and eventually goes blank. I have full wi-fi signal as does my participants. I have gone into the advanced video settings and have unchecked receiving video under hardware acceleration and nothing has fixed the issue. My participants can join a different Zoom meeting created from a friend of mine’s account with no video issues so I believe the problem is on my end but I cannot figure out where to look. Please help!

I teach online through zoom and when I share the screen with the student, it takes forever to load and when I change pages of the lesson, it takes very long to load on the students side. PLS HELP
I have a Pro account. I want to see a participant list for my Zoom meeting on 3/29/22. When I go to “Account Management-Reports” and set the search range for 3/29/22, it shows no reports. How can I see meeting participant list for my 3/29/22 meeting?

Hello, I want to download my recordings which are on the cloud and when I open my downloaded file, a zoom window appears with two options: join a meeting or connect. I don't understand why the download is not working. Do you have any leads?

Hello, hope you can help 🙂 We are arranging an hybrid conference where there will be 70 people in the physical room and many other connected on Zoom. The people on Zoom won't be speaking, they will only listen. We need to play the presenters audio in the room (in order for everyone to hear properly) but at the same time we need the people on Zoom to hear well. I'm concerned about audio feedback/echo. Does anyone has experience with the situation? Also, how can we have both presenter voice played in the physical room and on Zoom? What should be the hardware setting? Thank you in advance
