Hi, I have been using zoom since the very beginning and been doing many zoom calls. Lately, my own live picture, is becoming whitish, like a ghost. Then I have to turn it off and on again and then it works for a while. It is not professional and I am not using any background. Previously it has worked. Where should I start to find the correction?

I did add the background and thought that might have caused it but have removed it again! Thanks for your input.

I was a guest of a meeting, my daughter was the host. She gave me permission to record her online baby shower. After the meeting was over, it said it was converting. It asked where I wanted to save the recording. So I directed it to the  drive where... Show more

I was a guest of a meeting, my daughter was the host.  She gave me permission to record her online baby shower.  After the meeting was over, it said it was converting.  It asked where I wanted to save the recording.  So I directed it to the 😧 drive where I put in a zip drive.  It said I didn't have permission to save there so I clicked on skip so I could go back.  Then it went away and I can't find out where it went.  Did I loose the shower forever it was on 2/25 at 6 pm AZ time.

Zoom is requiring passcode

I have a weekly meeting that has waiting room enabled. It has suddenly changed to also require a passcode. I can’t toggle the passcode requirement off. Does anyone know a fix?

I have a series of 8 weekly meetings set with required registration which I thought would cover all 8 sessions with a one time registration but when the registration populated on Zoom it set up registration for all 8 sessions separately. What should ... Show more

I have a series of 8 weekly meetings set with required registration which I thought would cover all 8 sessions with a one time registration but when the registration populated on Zoom it set up registration for all 8 sessions separately. What should I do if participants accidentally registered for only the first session or first couple of sessions but wanted to attend all sessions ?

Sending Zoom meeting recording securely

Hi, I recorded a business meeting on the Zoom. How can I send the recording securely to someone who was not present in the meeting?

 

Changing/Adding Filters

We previously could add/edit filters to personalize/brand  ourselves during meetings.  I no longer see the add filter button.

When my camera is on the video freezes and then turns yellow

Whenever I'm on a meeting with someone the video randomly freezes and yellows out like I am shining a bright light into the camera lens. I am using an ANKER PowerConf C200. The software is up to date. Please help.
