stop scheduled meetings directly on google calendar
Hi, all of a sudden, whenever I schedule a zoom meeting, zoom opens my google calendar and adds it. I do not want this. How can I stop it? I've tried many ways with no success.

As administrator that is running 2 simultaneous Zoom Meetings on one computer and when logged into both meetings, the audio from both meetings is running at the same time and I can't turn the volume down or off without doing it for both. This means, when I come off of mute to speak on 1 meeting, they hear the audio from the other meeting in the background. How can I resolve this?

We have been experiencing and odd glitch with one of the members of our team. She is using the built in facetime camera on her Intel MacBook Pro. Periodically during meetings her video feed will flicker, go black and white, and sometimes actually show small frames of other participants' video in her square.
We've tried all the standard system troubleshooting for her camera and the problem persists. Anyone else seen anything like this? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
The effect when her video feed is glitching is reminiscent of a low quality analog video feed, like a closed circuit tv kind of. The strangest part is seeing the other participants' feeds show up in her frame.

hello! We are trying to figure out the best way to achieve the following: We have a slideshow we want to share during a presentation. Ideally, it's the virtual background. We have 3 presenters who will be speaking throughout the presentation. We'd ideally like them to be on top of the slide show (ala the keynote slideshow as a virtual background) ... would settle for being able to have the virtual slideshow present and these three presenters "pinned" in someway beside the virtual slideshow. The virtual slideshow should be 1/2 the screen approx. and the three presenters can occupy the other half of the screen (stacked) etc. If this isn't possible, is there a way to control the VIEWERS screen layout who are attending ... that would allow me to at least share the presentation and ensure these three speakers are visable on the sidebar and the sizing is correct etc. without having to try to walk the participants through clicking on various settings etc. THANK YOU!! Third part apps welcome -- whatever needed to achieve this!

We've received the email stating we're over our limit of 1GB, but when you click on manage recordings it says we're at 22% of our 5GB limit. Which is it???
I've used my Zoom app for years on this computer (currently running MacOS Monterey). About a couple months ago, my Zoom app stopped working. When I have a meeting it tries to open but after a minute or two I always end up needing to force quit. There have been a couple times where I've waited long enough and it eventually opens, but it's several minutes and I typically can't do that when I have a meeting. So for a couple months now I force quit the app and just join from my browser but I'm tired of the process. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app twice. Any suggestions? Much appreciated!

We pay extra for dial in capability, but all of a sudden it's not an option when scheduling a meeting. Phone numbers used to be available to insert into an email, but not now.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
