new to zoom....have video of me when I get on, but once in a class my prole picture is blank?????

Hey @Cairo, welcome to the Community and Zoom! I would start off by looking into the KB on Managing profile pictures on the Zoom web portal, if using the same account on the Zoom Client (app), you will see your profile picture that was set within the web portal, also in the Zoom client (app).
