We've received the email stating we're over our limit of 1GB, but when you click on manage recordings it says we're at 22% of our 5GB limit. Which is it???

I looked into this and this email was sent incorrectly to you, as you are well below your storage capacity, as noted in the email.
Please disregard this email unless it states you are above your limit.

Hi, I had the same problem, although I had exceeded my cloud storage. As suggested, I have deleted all but 10 recordings and my usage percentage has not changed. Any advice?
