Hi. Does anyone know if I can recover a meeting that I deleted (as admin) from the portal, from a user's upcoming meetings? The "Recover" option is only available for my deleted meetings not when I check other user's accounts. Thanks
In Zoom Chromebook PWA, I am hearing feedback when I test my microphone in the app. What can I do to eliminate this? There are no other computers connected to Zoom or any other external computers that are interfering with the audio. The microphone on the Chromebook works just fine in the camera app.

We currently are using ADFS for SSO partnered with Duo MFA. It does the job, but is really cumbersome for the end users - especially their mobile devices. Sign on with SSO. Swipe up Authenticate with Duo Swipe up again Go to mobile browser Click on Link Does anyone know of a better SSO product that won't involve so many support calls?

I want to delete my basic account. But, when I try to terminate from Account Management > Account Profile it need the verification code. I Request the code and sent to mail. But, I didn't received the code. I need the code to terminate this basic account. Because I want to change my paid account to this email. Thank you

When I record while screen sharing with ZOOM, the speaker image is fixed to the upper right corner; Does ZOOM have an option to change the speaker image to record somewhere other than the upper right corner, say the lower right or lower left? I can do that on my PC, but others often tell me they can't do it on their PCs. I do not know what is causing this.
