The waiting room did not work on my meeting today. This is the first time it has happened in 3 years. I have the latest update and waiting room is enabled in my settings for everyone. Instead, people were able to join the meeting and bypassed the waiting room which is not ideal. How can I fix this?

Hi Im new zoom1 and Id like to record a video training from a desktop url I just received on email on zoom screen share. I can hear the trainer but the zoom recording does not pick up the audio from my computer speakers. How do I set audio to record internally?

twice in three days (never before) as host my screen freezes my participants see the screen go dark at my end zoom shuts down and closes up but the recording and meeting is still continuing without me.  Cannot be internet as recording is still happening.  Why is this happening?   Been using zoom for 3 years never had this happen

Since today I have had a pop up window saying that it is not possible to stablish a safe connection with zoom . If I click on " open certificate " it appears the following" DigiCert Global G2 TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 "error code 6: The Certificate from DigiCert Global G2 TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 is not safe" This message is issue for *zoom.us , Organization: Zoom video Communications Inc.  Series Number: 06 E4 51 35 FO 63 AA C59B 1C 32

And if I open the browser I can connect but still the pop up window continues poping up. 

Last week when I logged it appeared that there was a new update, but I didn't update my app, could this be the reason of this popping up window today? 

My PC operating system is Windows 7. 

Thanks , I need someone to tell me what to do in order to be able to continue having my online meetings.

When trying to host a meeting getting message unable to establish secure connection to zoom. When I click on certificate it tells me that it is untrusted. Sometimes I can get in as host when I go to zooms website but this is hit and miss. There is no problem being a guest but as of April 9 2023 when an update was preformed and then I tried to host a meeting this message popped up "unable to establish secure connection to zoom". I am running windows 7. I have unstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times to no avail.

I have used zoom and had zoom for intune (on Android for work profile) both installed for a long time however now I cant install both. I can only have one or the other. I have traced an error on this to share. It appears that zoom is using the same provider name on the apks.

You might ask why I have both? On personal side if someone invites me to a meeting I need zoom installed (won't see the work profile zoom). If I click a zoom link inside my work profile it looks for zoom for intune).

For the past few weeks, Zoom has started kicking me out of my meeting and having some screen freeze.  I have tried two different laptops but the same problem with both.  Internet engineer has been out and no problem with connection.  Any ideas for Zoom or laptop settings to improve this please??
