My zoom didnt convert on my desktop-saved to my computer. I ahve requested zoom to send me original..I have pro plan--no live sales calls. Is this best way!!! so important to get the file

How do I get zoom to PIN me as host at beginning? like it did for years + now all of the sudden I am unpinned in every meeting g and have to manually go in , find myself and pin myself. Please advise . thanks!

its not showing waiting room people!! and not allowing me to enter from another device to check. Only if I invite people from within my personal room re they allow]wed in ...Whats going on????
