We run hybrid, synchronous a/v, interactive classes - looking for video technology that will enable virtual participants to see facial expressions of in person attendees. Now, all those in person show in one zoom box & facial expressions can't be seen. We've used a combo of Brio wide angle and an Owl. People complain that the Owl jumps around too much, dizzying, and all facial expressions lost with the wide angle.

When I’ve done this for clients who needed a workaround they opted to have individual laptop devices mounted in front of each in person attendee -logged in to capture their faces with audio turned off so we only pulled sound from the device capturing the wide screen which avoided any feedback . I then spotlighted the wide screen and the user who was speaking.
