Can't access recordings on my phone?

Hi all.... I'm majorly frustrated and disappointed with zoom.  I have done some recordings and can't seem to access them on my phone? 

 

I am signed in to my zoom app and also the Web browser. 

 

Any ideas?

    Welcome to the Zoom Community, @ReBourne.

     

    More details, please.  Are these recordings on the Zoom Cloud?  If so, you have to navigate to Zoom's Recordings menu on the Zoom Web Portal using Safari (or another browser), click the name of the recording, then click the thumbnail icon.  It's tedious on a phone, but works.

     

    There is no Local recording on iOS.

    Hi Ray, thank you for your reply.  I find it pretty dire that we pay good money for zoom but there is no customer service so will migrate to teams. 

     

    Yes the recording is on the cloud.  I use duck duck go browser and can't find 'zoom recordings' anywhere?  Could you email me with really clear and specific instructions please.  ***********
