I  have a so called Smart TV and thought great I'd give Zoom (big screen) a go. I have gone to saved browser bookmark, can see the broadcast but cannot hear any sound. I have contacted Zoom tech people previously and not got any reply - message actually deleted.

My tv is Sony Bravia kd32w800 and I am using the tv sound which works for everything else.  i suppose I could connect my laptop to the Smart TV.

I use two monitors. I use zoom on one screen and the content I am sharing is on the other screen. Now when I hit screen share, Zoom minimizes and floats the video panel on that screen. Previously, when I selected screen share, it kept the video panel maximized/ full screen on the one screen, while sharing the content from the other screen. 

I've tried toggling all the various back-end controls to keep the video panel maximized while screen sharing, but can't seem to find how to do that. 

Can someone please advise? 

I have joined a new group that does regular zoom meetings.  I have used zoom for years but I have not used it much for a few months.

I don’t know if this is a zoom bug or some funny setting that the specific group has set that overrides my choice when I join the session.

Anyone else seeing this problem?

I had an issue with sharing my screen in a meeting today.

I was trying to share my screen (Quicktime Player - to play a video). 

I've done this in the past and it worked fine. Today I got a paused video and was unable to play it when others where in the meeting. Screen sharing is set to enhanced encryption. 

I was trying to replicate the scenario after the meeting but do not have trouble sharing the screen/video if I am the only one in the meeting. 

I teach piano lessons online to a number of students.  Recently, the sound as really gotten bad.  I might hear a few notes and then suddenly the sound goes out and I can't hear the student playing.  I can hear their voices.  Can someone help?  I suspect it has to do with the zoom on their side, but I don't know how to tell them to fix it.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thank you for volunteering your time to help users.  I clicked Contact Us for Zoom, and it doesn't appear that they employ anyone to help customers with questions, so I really hope you can assist.

I am attempting to host a meeting on my laptop and also join from my mobile phone.  I'm teaching a class about my company's mobile app and would like to share my mobile screen while also viewing what I'm sharing from my laptop like the other participants.  Is there any way to accomplish this?  Each attempt transfers me to the new device and won't allow me to stay in the meeting on both the laptop and mobile phone.

I'm setuping SSO in my business with Azure, I started long time ago, so it's possible some parts of my memories are missing, but I will take advantages of my notes.

I followed multiples documentations, Zoom and Microsoft ones, for records, main ones:

And 2 months ago, I was stuck in Zoom change regarding "The JWT app type will be deprecated"

Now I'm back in, and I want to finish this installation, enable auto-provisioning, that's will be convenient but some accounts are not linked with AD, so I found a thread whom manage those special accounts/exceptions, https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/How-to-Exclude-Accounts-from-SSO/m-p/114444 and here here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005756143-Changing-account-security-settings#h_273b6e9f-a70b-4f3a-8b0e-d29f42fe01e8 mentioning force SSO login, and add exception for work email connection but I'm not sure if it will be able to cohabitate with auto-provisioning.

As I understand, bypass provide ability to exceptions to login with email address, but it will be able to not be deleted by auto-provisioning ?

I still searching, but OAuth, previously JWT, is requested for auto-provisioning, right ?
SSO is functional, not forced but works 100%, so I'm questioning utility of OAuth.
