We have a Zoom meeting going all day with all staff members that helps us with training. Most of our staff is able to answer calls and STAY on the zoom meeting. This is for training purposes so mgt can help assist. However several staff, anytime they try to answer the phone using Jabra Bluetooth headset, it will leave the zoom meeting. But it’s working fine for everyone else.  anyone have any ideas what we can look at to figure out what’s causing this?   Thanks!

While I am Host using a desk top computer. My participant I am interviewing is using a mobile phone in another country.

I am not able to hear the participant on my side. They are not muted. When the sound does come through, the participant sounds like they are gargling. Participant says they received intermittent speech from myself.

Must we both be using a phone and or desk top computer to conduct a successful interview meeting?

Thank you.

The last 2 meetings I've hosted have had the same issue, This issue was a problem about a year or more ago, but was fixed. It's back now however.

I have 2 monitors and present on one of the monitors. I share my screen from the monitor (not from the application, which happens to be Powerpoint and/or Photoshop.). The participants window, showing participants video in a vertical dock, is on the screen that's NOT being shared. But, the recorded video (recorded on the local computer) shows the participants window overlaying my presentation. This IS NOT the way it is in during the presentation. The participants windows overlays a critical part of the recording. The attached image shows the top-right corner of the recorded video.

This is a huge problem for me as what's being covered is thee crux of my presentation.

This needs to be fixed! (again)

Polling during a webinar

We are hosting a webinar and we utilize the polling feature to handle voting for the participants. Is there any way to allow a user to vote multiple times in a poll (i.e. as a proxy for someone else)?
