Unable to Reset user's 2FA

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to reset a user's 2FA by following this document

It's asking to provide the user's password to reset 2FA but it's throwing an error saying the wrong password.

Please guide me to reset the user's 2FA without having the password.

    Hey @pavan_blacksmit 2FA only applies to email login methods, it does not apply to other login methods. Can you confirm with the user their login flow?
