2 boxes open when I sign on

When I log in to my meeting, I have a normal box and one that is doing audio only.  Help?

Hey @bzlotowski I may need a screenshot or a bit more clarification as to what specifically you're experiencing. 

 

So you're saying when you log into your meeting, how are you joining your meeting? Just trying to understand what you are prompted as to a 'normal box'.

 

Secondly, can you elaborate a bit more on 'doing audio only'? Are you only able to use audio within the meeting? 

 

Just need a bit more context, before I am able to understand your issue and troubleshoot with you further, thanks! 🙂
