Hi! I have two users in a basic account, both controlled by me. One is the owner and the other is the admin. I have logged in as both and tried to disable the passcode requirement but it still says that this feature is locked by the account admin...but there are no other users! I'm the owner how come I can't change this setting!

 

Phone support is not eligible for my account.

Have been using zoom for years now and seems like a crazy problem. I teach ukulele on zoom and my students can hear my voice but cannot hear my instrument. I thought it was my computer  and I bought a new Dell and this issue is still happening. tried every setting. does anyone have a solution. have a class tonigh and Im at a loss

Hello.

 

We have a standalone website - the application is built in React and we were using the Amazon Chime SDK, but we would like to swap out that video player instead of Zoom as our video player is outdated and expensive to update.

 

So we want a user to be able to log in, connect to their Zoom account and then set up and run webinars that run in our player with our chat. So from the user perspective, they are in our player, but the video stream is coming from Zoom. For the Host if they could also start the webinar from our application that would be great. 

 

Is that possible?

Xcode_error

Hallo.  

I have recorded very important meeting and it has the following xcode_error file.
the result of the converting process is  only a black screen but still has the audio. 

Anyone cen help me for this?

Can the host disable all camera/video etc? I tried focus mode, but once the guest come into breakout

We have a small business account with a small number of licenses. One is assigned to a generic email that is accessed by several employees. This is the email we use to announce meetings and send invitations. This Zoom account requires a user name in addition to an email address, and my name is the one on it. However, meeting invitations are often sent by others with access to this generic email. Is there a way to change the name of the person who is "inviting you to a Zoom meeting"? Here's the text that shows up on the .ics calendar appointment that was received: "[My Name] is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting." But it is actually someone else's meeting. Can we alter that name in the calendar appointment? If so, how?

Hiya so I'm having a problem during online music classes where I am unable to hear the teacher playing music due to the background noises being suppressed however I am the only one in the meeting who cannot hear the music! Other members in the meeting can, and the teacher has the original audio for musicians setting on. It's like my computer is the only one that doesn't know this setting has been changed. Struggling to find a fix for this as everywhere is just suggesting to make sure they have original audio on which they do! And I can hear the music when joining on my phone just not on my laptop. What can I do?

Unless I'm missing something, there's no easy way to gauge the free remaining space for cloud recording storage. 

 

I exported the list of recordings, and the following is the column of the size of files for each meeting.  Autosum will not run on this column because of the extraneous information for files, and the fact teh data shows in gigs and megs.  One must eyeball it or manually edit the entries to get an accurate autosum.

1.13 GB(4 Files)
1.35 GB(3 Files)
318 MB(2 Files)
1.24 GB(3 Files)
247 MB(4 Files)
773 MB(3 Files)

 

Hey Zoom dev team, how about giving us some transparency as to our current cloud storage recording space usage!?

 

Making the storage consumption data accessible is hardly a technical issue - it's an ethical choice.  It's time to make this right.
