Horrible Turn of Events

Not only have you turned off access for telephone help now, all of my meetings are gone and I can't make a new one. I am running a business and it's not a hobby. The success of the Pandemic made you the big deal in meetings but your service is subpar. When will I get my ability to schedule meetings back. Perhaps your Director of IT needs some help writing a resume. Horrrible experience.

It is unreal that the phone support just hangs up and ends the call. I can't access meetings, reports or recordings.

Same here! It disconnected and there isn't any chat support. Had to text a client already in my meeting room that I couldn't get on. And when I tried to sign in it tells me I don't have an account. This must be a nationwide problem. I assumed that my account had been hacked which has happened to me before.
