Is it possible to get an older version of Zoom. On my PC I am getting total distortion of my image with the images of others on the call coming in and the image progressively overexposes and burns out.  This happens on both cameras I have attached to the PC. Every time. It never happens with Teams call. So it must be a problem with the particular software download. Any suggestions please? it means that Zoom is useless on the PC. I have had to move to the iPad.

Dear Zoom Video Communications Team,

I am writing to request your assistance in regards to an issue we experienced on Friday March 10th and Saturday March 11th 2023. Our team was unable to log in to host a meeting on both of these days and we were unable to determine the reason for this issue.

We think an unauthorized used gained access to the account and changed the log in 

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause of the issue and helping us resolve it. Our team has checked our internet connectivity and other potential causes, but we were still unable to determine why we were unable to log in to the platform.

We kindly request your team to investigate the issue and provide us with any necessary support to ensure we can continue to use Zoom effectively for our virtual meetings.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter

Is there a way to block specific IP addresses from joining your meeting or webinar?  I read on some sites that there is a way in the Security field, but all I find is how to block a specific domain.    Thanks

Hi All,

 

I have been using Zoom for 3 years, however, I have recently noticed that there are some changes in meeting "reports", specifically the active host reports, where one exports the participant names, emails, join and leave time, and total duration in minutes. When we used to export the detailed report with each join and leave time for each participant and the same report with a "unique users" box checked, it always showed the total duration in minutes exactly as in the detailed report, however, since this year, the detailed report is generated with a total duration in minutes approximated to the closest minute. For example, if one had a 15 seconds difference in the time of joining and leaving the meeting, the detailed report will show it as 1 minute. Therefore, this builds a considerable difference between the two reports in terms of total duration in minutes, especially when we expect to use these numbers for administrative purposes in the training domain.

 

Did anybody encounter this? is there any setting in Zoom that can revert the settings to the old way?

Greetings of the Day !! Seek your support on something related to limited cloud space and transferring to our own cloud ( Google one ) to free space from Zoom cloud. This facility in not available as of now and one has to download all in computer hard disk and free the space. 

 

Could you pls, guide to auto sync with our own cloud storage 

 

Could you please help as we are a NGO ( non profit )

time displays in chat wrong

when I type in chat it is entered with the incorrect time.  Therefore it does to show in real time and displays at the beginning of the comments, NOT in the thread of the actual discussion.  How can I fix this?
