Someone recorded a video with government zoom, and I received a link to share the recording.
And it needs an account (e-mail) and password to access the link.
However, I am an ordinary person without a government Zoom account.
In this case, is there a procedure to temporarily access the account?
Or do I have to create a government zoom account at my company to access this link?

problem of my ZOOM recording

hi, i am a zoom license user. i am facing a problem in using this zoom software. everytime i conduct a meeting with the recording turned ON for 1 and a half hours, the progress can just be recorded for around 40 minutes -1 hour, and it stopped record... Show more

hi, i am a zoom license user. i am facing a problem in using this zoom software. everytime i conduct a meeting with the recording turned ON for 1 and a half hours, the progress can just be recorded for around 40 minutes -1 hour, and it stopped recording after that, even though the icon of recording is still showing that recording is still running.

at the end i could not get a full progress of my recording.

May i know how to solve this problem?
Can anybody help me solve this problem? thanks in advance.

AND IS IN ORFER.

But  I still Can Not be heard in Zoom meetings.

Check privacy settings

  1. Click the Windows Start menu, then click the Settings gear icon

    The Settings window will appear.

  2. Click Privacy.
  3. Under App permissions, click Microphones.
  4. Make sure the slider under Allow apps to access your microphone is enabled.
  5. Scroll down further and enable the Allow desktop apps to access the microphone option.

I searched and I need to click on a ellipses icon but I can't find it. Can anyone help?

Sound very low on Win 11

The sound is low and choppy, I can't hear what other people say even though the volume is max. I tried to test my speaker in the setting audio, but it is still small. Sometimes Zoom pops up this notification "Low system resources may affect your audio quality...", but I only open Zoom? This only happens in Zoom, other applications sound is still normal, proving that my speaker is fine.
My laptop is ASUS with Windows 11

My screen goes dark during my meetings.

My screen goes dark during my meetings. I can hear the attendee, but not see them. The attendee can see and hear me. Why does this keep happening?

When my colleague attempts to share at the beginning of a meeting, the screen we see is black with a "[NAME] is sharing their screen" message. He tells me that his screenshare is paused, and he is unable to un-pause.

 

This happens consistently- the fix is for him to leave and rejoin the meeting. This consistently works, but is there anyway to identify and solve the root cause of the problem?

Does any one know how to access your Zoom recordings when using an IPhone and you have the basic plan (not paying for additional features)?

fail to uninstall and then install zoom - repeatedly

We have 9 employees at my company and all have been going thru the following: Uninstalled the old version of Zoom, completed the cleansweep and reinstalled the Zoom from the download Center.Each new day, after exiting the application, the old version... Show more

 

 We have 9 employees at my company and all have been going thru the following:

 

 

  • Uninstalled the old version of Zoom, completed the cleansweep and reinstalled the Zoom from the download Center.
  • Each new day, after exiting the application, the old version of Zoom reappears and I do the uninstall, CleanSweep and reinstall process again. The old version has an error message when we try to open it indicating we need to install an updated version and we need to contact our IT department to do this.
  • I have run the uninstall via local admin rights as well as through my IT admin rights direct.  Same result. 
  • I have uninstalled the zoom outlook app in the same manner.  Getting the same result
  • I have rebooted in between the uninstall and reinstall.  Same result.
  • Our IT has exhausted all of the potential know fixes on our end and deduced that it is a zoom issue we need to ID.

Help - anyone have this same issue??
