Hi, I recently upgraded from a basic Zoom account to a Pro Zoom account. I was basic for the purpose of connecting with family, all who have smartphones/Computers with Zoom App. I have going to Pro Zoom for connecting with folks in several social clubs that I am a member of. The problem is some of the social club members have only landline telephones or cell phones that are not smart phones. It looks like that Pro Zoom does not accommodate telephone only participants. How do I get these telephone participants connected, is there another plan that will get me there?

How do I move a telephone participant to a breakout room?   I tried and they stay in the main room with "(not joined)" next to their phone number.   The steps I'm following are:   After creating a breakout room with the option assign manually (have also tried assign automatically), then assign the participant to the room, and Open All Rooms, a message pops up the the participant has been invited to join the breakout room.   How does the participant join?  They're not prompted to take any action to join, just silence.   Preferably, how do I put them in the breakout room without them having to do anything?    Thank you.

One-to-one calls in a Microsoft Teams is P2P communication.
Are one-to-one calls in a ZOOM is P2P communication?

And, one-to-one Meeting(meet in links) in a Microsoft Teams is not P2P communication.
Are one-to-one Meeting in a ZOOM is P2P communication?

I use my laptop to open Zoom meetings for my clients. I do this several times a day several days a week. 
Occasionally Zoom asks me to sign in to my account from the Zoom.us page. Today I was taken to that page and told that I was trying to get on from an unfamiliar location. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. To open my account they said I should go to my email and retrieve a CODE and fill it in. THERE WAS NO EMAIL FROM ZOOM AND NO CODE. It's been hours and I've requested the code multiple times and still no code. 

I tried to phone Support, gave the the automated system my account number and then was asked for my Host Key. But I cannot locate my Host Key since I cannot get into my account to find it. 

I tried to get on a phone call to speak to a human about purchasing or billing - I figured I'd get a human that way. But it's been a long wait and the music they play is disturbing, threatening, anxiety-producing. That is so unusual and not normal. What is going on? 

Is there any way to CONTACT A LIVE HUMAN AT ZOOM? I depend on Zoom for my livelihood! 
Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Since I subscribed to Zoom Pro my meetings freeze after about 90 minutes.
First my video freezes but I can hear the meeting and the other participants can hear me but I cannot access chat or raise my hand or do anything except listen and talk. After a few minutes I cannot be heard by the other participants and I have to restart my computer and re-enter the meeting.
I have removed the zoom program and re-installed but it has made no difference.

I am having an issue with the 2-meeting limit per user rule. I am the owner/admin for my company's zoom account (business licensed) and I have 5 other employees/users on my account.

I use an online scheduler (Acuity) to book meetings with clients via Zoom, but Acuity only allows one zoom account to be integrated so all meetings are assigned to my zoom account. 

I've currently assigned all my employees to have 'Scheduling Privileges' of my Zoom account so they all can see my meetings and take the ones that I assign to them. This is working well except when we schedule more than three or more concurrent Zoom meetings

Since all meetings are assigned to "me", it seems we can only have two concurrent meetings even if my employees run them without me logged in and/or present at the meeting(s).  

Is the way around this to designate an 'alternative host' for each meeting so now the user that I assign as an alternative host can run the meeting and it won't count against 'my" 2-meeting limit?

On iPad Pro Zoom I am trying to screen share videos whether from my own file or streaming, in control centre screen sharing is on, in zoom app the original sound is enabled, microphone is on and “share device audio” is on. But participants cannot hear any sound. And for me the volume remains barely discernible and the volume level does not change with the volume buttons.
