Hello I am looking at how to record business meetings on a budget. I am looking at the use of an iPhone and utilising Zoom software. An area I am trying to find the best solution for is, what microphone would be best for the audio. I don’t want to go to the expense of wireless, rather just the best iPhone compatible microphone to reach distances of up to 30 feet.

I noticed that I have what is essentially a black frame around my video, so my image looks smaller than other participants in the same meetings. I am connecting using a Nikon SLR camera and believe it is related to my camera settings. Does anyone know how to adjust this?

On June 28 I started Zoom to join a meeting. I always start the app early to validate my setup. I'm running on a Win10 pc with external speakers and microphone. I was forced to update Zoom before it would start. I did the update and validated the setup. A few minutes into the call my audio dropped out. I left the call and joined again. After a few minutes it dropped out again. I left and rejoined a second time. After a few minutes it dropped out again. I closed Zoom, uninstalled Zoom, downloaded the install program and reinstalled Zoom. I rejoined the call and it worked until the call ended. Today, July 6 I was on a Zoom call and the audio dropped out again. I closed Zoom and rejoined the meeting three times. This is unacceptable performance of a tool I use weekly. Does anyone have any ideas as to what to try next? The speakers and mike work fine with other applications.

I have alot of recurring meetings. I can only view them on the website and start the meeting. I cannot seem to view the list of recurring meeting ( with no fixed time) on my desktop zoom app. Can anyone assist if possible?
Hi everyone! If someone can help me out that would be GREAT..
i was on a meeting hosted by another Zoom user. She made me co-host which allowed me to record the meeting on my end. I chose to record through the Cloud. The meeting ended and I thought the recording would show up. But it didn’t. I assumed it was still processing so I checked back 24 hours later, still nothing. Then I realized you have to be a paid user to record on the cloud. I’m sure the original host is a paid user but I’m not. I reached out to her and she said if I record it, it will show up on my account not hers. So here I am trying to troubleshoot how fo get access to my recording. I know it was recording because it had the cloud icon on the left upper side of the call. Any help? Do I have to become a paid user in order to access it now? Has anyone experienced this?

I am a licensed new Zoom host. I need to know the actual time that a meeting I hosted ended (to provide for Minutes of the meeting). I know how long we scheduled for Zoom...but finished "early" and signed out. Is there a way to find the time when we closed the meeting?

If I log into my Zoom browser settings and change the settings, do those setting changes apply to all Zoom meetings that I'm a host of, or only Zoom meetings that my Zoom account has created? I ask because I'm a Zoom host for multiple meetings that I create and meetings I haven't created (but am promoted to host). I don't want the changes in my settings to be applied toward meetings I haven't created. I haven't been able to find any supporting documentation on this in Zoom's knowledge base.
