Local recordings inaccessible and not converting
I ran a full day event yesterday and recorded to my external hard drive. The files SEEM to be there, but say "double click to convert to zoom". Double clicking is doing nothing.
Any advice?

Hello! If not, is it possible to customize the standard meeting registration confirmation page? I have figured out how to customize the email that is sent but not the page that pops up after I register. This request is for meetings that require registration settings and not webinar. Thanks! Kristin
Is it possible to direct a meeting registrant to a customized URL after they register for a MEETING (not webinar)?

Hi All, Can someone help me out to understand in generating reports. I have enabled the Require authentication to join: Sign in to Zoom in order for me collect the all the email address of all the participants. As of now the only emails are on my report are those emails that is my contact or part of the admin/users in our organization. See the screenshots other participants doesn't have email on the reports.

Hello team i m facing a critical problem of cloud recording storage being disabled..Even after deleting more than 40 files including small and big files..it still shows the message that cloud recording has been disabled. Please delete some files or upgrade..
I have already done the deletiion of many files as I don't really need the upgrade as of now.
Please help me seriously in this regard on how should I approach here to resolve this issue..

I host a regularly scheduled meeting with rotating other individuals who have the link. In zoom, it has disappeared as an upcoming meeting from the "meetings" screen, but continues to show up in my calendar and be a valid link for me & my clients to use. How do I get it to show as an upcoming meeting in zoom itself again? Strongly prefer not to create a new link and give every person the new link... 😕

Hello. I have been invited to an interview on 11.7.23 which will take 4 hours. Will I be able to access the meeting with my current plan?
I recorded one video, and I logged in through the browser using the meeting invitation link. Now I couldn't find the recording. I didn't use my login ID.
I have a business plan and I found out from this resource (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206122046-Can-I-host-concurrent-meetings-) that I can host two meetings simultaneously. My question is whether I can enable the 'join before host' setting for both meetings, so that the host doesn't need to join

I have a lot of meetings with 5 or more participants, and different people are much louder or quieter than others. It would be really helpful to be able to balance or average the audio from all the participants, so that I am not continually adjusting my volume to hear the quiet people and not hurt my ears when the loud people talk.
