I would like to use Zoom in order to give maths lesson online. I don't want my meetings to be limited to 40 minutes. Should I buy a licence ? In that case, should my students buy a licence as well ?

Zoom App Freezing

I am having an issue with the Zoom App freezing and not responding.  This happens when I am not host, as well as if I have co-host.  No screen or video calls are happening, its just while sitting in a meeting room.  I work from home and must be on Zoom my entire 8 hour shift.  My zoom app freezes at least 10 times per shift.  I have no issues when I run Zoom through my browser.  I have 1000mb/s speed tested internet speeds with no packet loss and low ping.  I am connected to internet VIA ethernet and not using WiFi.  Zoom is added as an exception to my anti-virus.  Camera drivers and the Zoom App are both up to date.  No other programs are using my camera.  Any ideas what might be causing this?

Добрий день, хочу дізнатись наступну інформацію:
1) Чи можливо з одного аккаунта бути присутнім одразу в декількох зустрічах використовуюючи кілька пристроїв, якщо так то чи є якийсь ліміт на кількість пристроїв які використовують один аккаунт?
2) Я спробував зайти в зустріч з двох різних пристроїв але одного і того ж аккаунта, і все вийшло, чи є на це якісь обмеження, чи можна заходити в одну і ту ж зустріч з одного і того ж аккаунта безліч раз якщо використовувати різні пристрої?
3) Чи є можливість ввімкнення української мови в версії Zoom для Windows, якщо ні, то чи планується додавання такого функціоналу?

I have 2 licences, I want my other user to be able to access / run meetings I have set up. I can do so by giving them my login details, and they can then host any of my meetings, they just need to change their name. But can I give my second user acce... Show more

I have 2 licences, I want my other user to be able to  access / run meetings I have set up.

I can do so by giving them my login details, and they can then host any of my meetings, they just need to change their name. But  can I give my second user access to my meetings from their own login details

Change the name of the user in the APP

If the user is not logged in to a zoom meeting and clicks Join, the user name is displayed. I want to make changes in the APP local file, what do I do?

Live streaming audience question

If I have the pro plan with "100 attendees" per Zoom meeting, am I still able to stream inside inside a facebook group where more people can view? (For example 300 people viewing live inside the group?)

zoom freezes as soon as another participant joins

When I start zoom the app works fine, as soon as another participant joins my app freezes.

I can still see and hear users, they can still hear me, my video breaks and I can't click on anything.

After about 5 minutes the app breaks completely and I have to restart it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting computer etc.

This only started happening after updating on 1/3/2023. (last use was pre Christmas).

As simple as this: I've been trying to change some account settings, but every time I try to enter https://zoom.us/profile/setting I get a message back stating: "System error please try again later. (2)" This was workign a couple of days ago....is do... Show more

I've been trying to change some account settings, but every time I try to enter https://zoom.us/profile/setting I get a message back stating: "System error please try again later. (2)"

 

This was workign a couple of days ago....is down for the last 24 hours.

 

Any idea? support? help!

Audio trouble on simultaneous translation channel?

In one meeting there was a trouble that while listening the interpreted audio on the channel, the original audio can be heard at the same volume as the interpretation audio in all PC joining the meeting.

*Without problems the original audio should be heard at 20% volume of the interpretation audio.


Does anyone have any idea what might be the cause?
Is there any solution other than restarting the meeting?
